CFA is a cooperatve of cooperative.  CFA has as its policy the promotion of the socio-economic interest of its affliate cooperative societies by sourcing from available sources to cater for the financial needs of the agency in the state. Invariably, the goal of the agency is poverty alleviation at the grassroots level.
